The solution? A creamy, delightful, diet friendly alternative made out of frozen bananas. Calories per portion without chocolate chips: 107 calories. And with chocolate chips: 146 calories.
Ingredients: (2 servings)
2 large bananas
20g dark chocolate chips (optional)
- Break bananas into thirds and place into a freezer bag.
- Put in freezer for at least an hour
- Blend then mix in chocolate chips
- Enjoy and feel guilt free. Mmmmm =)
