Hey guys just a quick post today. Here is a recipe for a fast and tasty fruit smoothie. This is ideal as a healthy and nutritious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
200ml semi skimmed milk
200g strawberries (stem removed)
1tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 Papaya (peeled, seeds removed and chopped up)
A few ice-cubes (optional)
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
